Refund policy
I strive to give you a product that you are happy with. I will gladly take a return for any printing quality issue, damages in shipping, or if receive the wrong item, within 10 days. 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
After receiving of your order, please inspect your order and contact me within 10 days for any problems. I cannot accept claims for quality issues, shipping damage, shortages or other problems made more than 10 days after you have received your order. Please contact barerootsdesign@gmail.com before then to resolve any issue.
If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Apparel
To be eligible for a return on apparel items, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You can always contact us for any return question at barerootsdesign@gmail.com.
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
